Out-of-control Hawaii prosecutors got their tender bits nailed to their chairs today by the state Supreme Court with a ruling that states that they can’t just bring whatever charges they desire when it comes to serious felonies, but must go through the grand jury process.

On the negative side this means a lot of criminals that went through the screwed up process are about to get their cases dropped. So shame prosecutors! Everyone BOTLO for more violent crime and a huge court backlog.

But on the good side…

No more political persecution of lawful self defense by radical leftist unelected bureaucrats! This is arguably even more important than CC rights since it also affect Castle Doctrine.

Now all we need to do is to stop them from changing the grand jury laws in the ledge this year.

Add this to a second issue to be taken up in special legislative session. Gun related and huge problem for prosecution who will now need to be saved by the legislature.

Cops and the government should be scared shitless to
stop, cite, arrest, detain,  and convict anybody.
We should only be dealing with professionals, held completely responsible for their actions
not union members, or appointed politicians when it comes to rights and freedoms.
eg if you can't convince a jury that a guy is a Eff-up and dangerous, then why are you messing with him?
that one statement alone will empty most of Hawaii's prisons and clear the crowded dockets.
too many laws that are "tools" to be used against us, by people that have no fear of their abuse of power.

Cases being dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE which means they can be instantly retried, assuming they can get a grand jury to go along with it.

Gotta make sure we keep pressure on the ledge and remind them of who’s responsible for this situation
