What did you have Inspector an M-N 91/30 or the like? Nothing like a 4' long rifle with a 17" bayonet on top!

Picked up a Russian Mosin Nagant 91/30 from 1942. Arsenal rebuilt and unissued still in cosmoline. Show price from X-Ring was $179.

Stomper was there when I bought it. I only have 100 rounds to shoot in it. But I ordered some brass and dies to reload. Already have powder/primer/bullets for it. Too bad there will be no range trips for me for another month or two.  :( :( :(

Arrived about 0850 found parking in HPD lot, also had 2 open stalls on street in front.  2 in line ahead of me and 3 in the room waiting for paper work.   Took 28 min. to apply for permit for 2 pistols that included walking to and from lot.
Desk guys asked me if I brought my long gun permit and explained that with the permit, they don't have to check on their computer for my info.   Not required for pistols, just makes it faster.

Why is there so many people in line?
Has the population gone up or just gun owners have skyrocketed?

Back in the 90 there was hardly anyone in line.
I thought the officers at the window had a cruz job.

Not many people in line today.  Go right up the window.
I think, therefore I am armed.

In at 2:15 only 1 in line.  Out at 2:20
