Got here 10 min ago w/7-10 ahead of me. End of line was next to fingerprint station.

UPDATE:  Total time to pickup 1 permit and apply for new one: 30 minutes! 
And parking cost me a quarter!  Thanks, whoever left half an hour on the meter in front of the station!   :shaka:

Made 2 visits today. 

Permit pick up visit arrived at 11:50, line was about 6 people long.  Out of there in 15 min.

Registration visit arrived at 1:15, line was about 10 people long.  Took 45 min as for whatever reason the line didn't move for 20 min at one point.  They did call for permit pickups once.  Once it started moving again, it was a fast registration.

Not bad for a Friday, I'd say.

looked to be five or fewer people in line
there may have been people behind pillars, but at first glance, i thought there was no line at all
