Where do people in Maui go to get live fire certification?

Maui Ammo & Gun Supply (MAGS) has an indoor range at their store.  Not sure if others are offering it at the Ukumehame range.

The very concept that you have to take any kind of test or meet any "requirements" at all to exercise any fundamental, individual, God-given/natural, inalienable, enumerated Constitutionally-protected right is an utterly preposterous self-contradiction and an obvious hallmark of fascist authoritarianism.

I mean, yeah, by doctrine it’s unconstitutional. But as for literally almost every other state that offers a CWP program, you have to take a written and/ or live fire exam. Not sure what you’re expecting because SCOTUS did say the state has authority to regulate certain things. As far as I’m aware, only Constitutional Carry states have the option to not — although you can still apply and receive a permit. My FL permit didn’t require testing, but only because I submitted military docs with pistol range scores that were 5 years or less old. You can gripe about small things all you want, but first we need to make sure we actually get our CWP permits issued to us because bitching does nothing if nobody holds the state/ C&C accountable

Twenty-something states have no "requirements" for a person to exercise their right to bear arms.

The fact many states, or all the states, or one state violates the Constitution is not a coherent argument that such violations are legitimate because someone somewhere (like SCOTUS or Rhoads) say those requirements are or aren't legitimate.

My Utah license did not require any proof or even indication that I did anything at all, or even that I have functioning arms or fingers. Is that place rife with until-that-moment law-abidding citizens fomenting mass amounts of gun violence?

Haha. The government's ability to arrest, try, convict and incarcerate someone for exercising a (you know the list of adjectives) right is a "small thing"?

Your argument is that by cooperating with and fulfilling all the illegal requirements to exercise a right that the "state/C&C" will be held "accountable". Surely you jest. All that does is prove to them that the lemmings and sheep are compliant and that they can escalate their "rules" at every legislative and executive and judicial opportunity to accomplish the same goal that was momentarily disrupted when SCOTUS ruled that "that thing you've been doing forever to make sure no one was allowed to bear arms outside their home for the purpose of self-defense is unconstitional... you can't do that anymore". "Oh, okay. We'll create a whole new raft of requirements, likely equally unconstitutional, but it will take another 10 or 15 years for the final court rulings... and then we'll just make up more! No problem."

So tell me exactly how you jumping through their preposeterous hoops holds them "accountable".

Correction:  You cannot carry in PA with a home state permit by itself.  Rather it allows you to apply for a non-resident CCW permit there.
