“It is the policy of the United States to improve the resilience of communities and Federal assets against the impacts of flooding,” the order states. “These impacts are anticipated to increase over time due to the effects of climate change and other threats. Losses caused by flooding affect the environment, our economic prosperity, and public health and safety, each of which affects our national security.”

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the U.S. can expect to see up to two feet of sea level rise by the end of the century, largely due to climate change. Warmer temperatures are causing thermal expansion in the oceans, as well as the melting of sea ice, which is pushing sea levels higher globally. A study from the U.S. Geological Survey found that half of the U.S. coastline is at high or very high risk of impacts due to sea level rise.

Makes you reconsider the validity of that birth certificate he got in Hawaii -- newly printed from data in the records system.  Anyone with access (and motive) could have updated that information to be printed later.

Obama has never produced a previous copy of his birth certificate.  How is it possible a grown man with passports, going to college, running for office and getting a social security card, drivers license, etc. is able to do all of this without a copy of his official birth certificate?

Not saying he wasn't born in Hawaii, and not saying he was.  Just saying, he has yet to provide physical proof of his claim other than a freshly printed BC in 2011.

I had to ask for certified copies of my birth certificate because my original was self-laminated.  Some agencies won't accept a certificate that they can't "feel" the seal embossed on it.  I needed it regularly -- enrolling in schools, joining the Air Force, and most recently to get the "real ID" star on my drivers license.

Again, it would be nothing to update the database and print anything the government wants on any BC.  Real proof would be an original or previously certified copy from his late teens/early 20s.  He also had passports, since he was living outside the US and traveling internationally with his mother and step father.  Needed a BC for that, right?  Where is it?

IIRC, when I was a lot younger, "Question Authority" was a catch phrase for the liberals/hippies of the day.  You would see it on bumper stickers and all.

Now of course once they seized power and became "authority' they try and re-invent reality to make their old catch phrase anti-American.
