It is clear at this point the Chief is trolling the citizens to delay the process and dump it on the legislature. The chiefs proposed rules is a master class on passing the buck. In the mean time, the legislature gets to see if ccw restrictions in other states pass muster. Unfortunately or fortunately, the Kavanaugh concurring opinion opened the door to all of this. If you want change, support the opponents of Rhoades, Branco, and Chris Lee in the next elections.

What really disgusting is this is not a debate. They need to follow the Constitution and the ruling of the SCOTUS. yet here we are debating with these people about what infringements are “reasonable” when 90% of these rules are ILLEGAL.

The other astonishing thing I saw was a few testimony that stated how the persons where 70 80 years old and how they are afraid that there will be people allowed to LEGALLY carry a gun around them.

What’s scary is they made it to 70-80 years old and they still haven’t realized that criminals have ALWAYS been carrying guns, knives, deadly implements, just waiting to do harm to less capable weaker people in society.

And only now they are “afraid” because decent people will be able to protect themselves?

Kavanaugh's concurring opinion allows them to put in place restrictions and ccw requirements. They are just following the antigun playbook knowing full well this will stall the process and worst case scenario is the state gets sued and burns another year. This is a stall tactic to ride out the ongoing lawsuits. Hawaii is dreaming of a federal lawsuit because 9th circuit liberal judges will side with Hawaii, then even longer before the issue is settled. Relax, nothing is going to happen any time soon. Spend time voting for and supporting good candidates in the mext election.

I’ve Had to deal with Lee on a few occasions. He’s a pompous idiot, very abrasive and thinks he’s the best thing since sliced bread. My last conversation with him ended in me reminding him he’s a legend in his own mind and he started to raise his voice, I gave him a good FOAD and hung up. Twenty minutes later I ceased to be a life member of the NRA.   

On a semi-positive note when Democrat fraud completely botches the upcoming election, the chaos that follows will inevitably push more people to pro-2a.

Some are predicting that the results of either the midterms this year or the 2024 Presidential election will be so tainted, there will be a refusal to allow the results to be certified.  Jan 6th may have only been a "peaceful protest" compared to what could happen soon.

People are getting fed up with the unanswered questions and suspicious 3AM delivery trucks.  They are frustrated with the Democrats controlling the counting in key swing states and having GOP observers kicked out for no good cause or seated in alcoves far from where the counting is being done.  And why are there always "misplaced" cases of ballots found at the 11th hour every single election?

They cry that democracy is under attack, yet they deny a transparent, fair and democratic election process.  One voice -- one vote.  Each bogus ballot, tossed-out ballot, re-scanned ballot or "counting error" cancels someone's valid vote.

I'm a life NRA member for over thirty years, not too happy with them today, but I also vote for
Republicans against my better judgement. 
Better to have some representation as opposed to none.
I'm also a member of GOA and our local
