without " sensible restrictions on our rights"
she would be elected president.

She'd have all the boxes checked.

Could only get through the first maybe 4 mins, but sounds familiar as what many have stated here.  Facts be damned.  MSM bias does exist and tends to play to a certain sector of "audience".  Repeat things enough, the sheep will start repeating as facts.  Ever have a discussion with an uber liberal, they often bring up stuff like "well, so and so said this/that, therefore it's true".

Bernie Sanders is a career-long Independent.  He caucuses in Congress with the Dems, but he's not a registered Dem.

When he ran on the Dem ticket for President the first campaign, there was nothing stopping him as an outsider.  The second time, he had to sign an agreement that, if he won the nomination and the general election, he had to change his affiliation to Democrat, and he had to pledge to support the party after being elected.  No running as a Dem then serving as an Independent.

I'm not sure if the GOP has such a rule yet.  She might be allowed to compete for the Republican nomination as an Independent without needing to change affiliations.
