failed and I lost a URL.
I'm talking bulk Pistol ammo.
for barter and trade, since ALL my guns are with family
on the mainland safe and sound from Hawaii Tyrants.
 

CMP does ship. Best way is to fill a pallet and get a freight forwarder. I think OGC can ship to neighbor islands - haven't heard from them in awhile

I use 16GB Verbatim Store-N-Go USB thumb drives as my unRaid server boot device.  After several years, it's still working perfectly.

I have a second one as a spare ready to boot if needed. 

The UnRaid license is tied to the USB drive, so it's wise to use a make/model that is recommended by users and Lime Technology (who owns UnRaid).  If I want to switch to a different thumbdrive, I'd have to use the automated tools to move my license to the new one.

There's a backup utility to copy the boot image from the thumbdrive to an external location -- local computer, network storage, cloud server, etc.  I refresh that copy each time something in the O/S changes.

Word to the wise:  a thumbdrive or USB disk drive (mechanical or SSD) is a good backup option, but it shouldn't be the only copy.  Use multiple devices, and make backups on a rotational basis, maybe every week or 2 to a different device, overwriting Dev#1 the first of each month.  This way you have 3-5 backups on different media that only puts you a maximum of 30-60 days behind current should the most recent backups have problems.

Putting all your eggs in one basket (backup) is just asking Murphy for a visit!

Are you looking to ship a whole pallet?  I believe Aloha Freight Forwarders will ship.  OGC Tactical will ship ammo you buy through High Roller Guns…they do not ship to the neighbor islands.  If only a handful of cases, Kaleo arms would be a good option.  With the range closed, there’s a bunch of gun shops selling ammo cheap now.  Demand has certainly slowed.

Go through Kaleo Arms. They are the best. I have used them multiple times. You will ship to their base location in North Dakota. Then they will forward to Hawaii. I have done one whole pallet myself before. And multiple cases other times as part of the group pallet.

I have two kinds of backups.
one the cops can crack and another that is safe.
I don't keep daily stuff on the hard to get to
backup.
Hopefully I don't forget where it is.
But if I'm dead I don't give a shit.
 

Kaleo arms has been a good 2a supporter.  They have come to the rallies and testified and participated many times, even though they spend most of their time in the mainland.

As far as I know, OGC/High Roller has done zero participation and I don't think they've been getting the word out either.
