It’s getting real

Sadly, I don’t think this will end up being a good thing. I think the government mass killing protesters is more likely than regime change. Even if the got Xi to step down I think another commie despot would takeover and it’d be more of the same. Fingers crossed 🤞 I’m wrong though, and some good comes from these protests.

When the net goes dark in China, is when you know they opened up on the protestors.

Then there's people who agree with how the CCP is handling Covid.

Since China is the manufacturing engine of the planet, many nations are counting on China to continue its production output to maintain the global supply chain.  If China were to have the horrendous Covid numbers as were experienced in the US empire, there would be a production side economic recession/depression on a global scale that would plunge many nations into SHTF chaos.

Given the potential economic repercussions to the American economy, the US empire especially should be grateful of China's zero Covid policy.

No, it would not.

For all their faults, the CCP has single-handedly raised China from the rape and pillage of Western imperialism from the 19th century as well as from being fiscally bankrupt after both their own civil war after WWII and war against the US empire in the 1950s into becoming the World's most dominant economic superpower without becoming imperialist themselves in the process.  No economic superpower in the history of mankind has boasted such a feat.

Under their leadership, the CCP has lifted nearly 800 million domestic Chinese out of poverty as well as provided much needed infrastructure assistance to other developing countries to help them out of poverty through China's Belt and Road Initiative. With all of its bluster of freedom and democracy and unlike China, the US empire has done nothing on the level of China to alleviate poverty within its own borders nor that of its non-developed vassal states.

Why are you so afraid of China and Xi Jinping?

Are you afraid because of all the racist anti-Chinese US imperial propaganda that brainwashes its subjects 24/7 or is it because Xi Jinping is the Chinese leader that is leading China to regain her historic economic dominance on this planet leaving the declining US empire in its wake?

Russia, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, many nations in Latin America and Southeast Asia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Africa don't seem concerned with Xi Jinping or China's rise, who many of them are already a part or in the process of joining BRICS as well as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

And Hitler created a nation from one that was struggling to survive into a country which was on the verge of conquering all of Europe.

It's easy to praise the accomplishments of tyrants, dictators and Communists when you turn a blind eye to the mass executions, draconian laws (number of babies one family may have -- and what gender), etc, etc, etc.

When you have a billion+ people to feed and provide jobs for -- all under the flag of Socialism -- individual rights and liberties have to take a backseat ...

For the "greater good."
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
