Never bought factory seconds before, so was wondering if anyone on here uses them in whatever caliber.  Have any of you reloaded that use factory second bullets noticed problems in diameter, weight, or any functional problems?  Or just cosmetic issues?  Wondering if the discount in price is worth it.  Read a few forums but just wanted to see what y’all think on here.  Thanks in advance for your input… 🤙🏿

I've used both cosmetic blems and others that were outside the manufacturer's weight tolerances.  I've only used blems for plinking on steel so I can't comment on accuracy.  Function was 100%.

I shot a lot of Nosler seconds in .224. There was one bad lot that was known in the HP shooting community. Fortunately it was only 1 bag of 100 that I had. Other than that they are good.

For plinking around, all good. For accuracy, you’ll probably have some flyers.

Sig always sends me promotions on their "blemished" ammo.  I'm thinking they should be fine.  I've never bought any but feedback from others on this forum is encouraging.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.
