Trump Tax Fraud
« on: December 20, 2022, 04:28:40 PM »
So the Trump organization has already been convicted of Tax Fraud.  Will Trump be next for fraud related to his personal tax returns? The walls are closing in at several angles.

I heard rhayder has never paid a penny of income tax it his/her/its/their life.

I sure hope the IRS catches this criminal sooner than later.  We can really use that revenue, what with all the billions Biden is sending to Ukraine, offering to pay student loans, using $1.9 Billion to update the ATF's data processes to make gender less "binary" (nobody buying a gun should be identified by their biological gender), and on and on and on.

For every person Trump employees, that's one less person having to find work or apply for government assistance.

How many people have YOU hired and kept off the government's dole?

I think stealing from the people you are elected to serve is wrong. You don't? What would Jesus do?

Show me where Trump stole a single dollar he wasn't entitled to.

I can show you dozens of times THAT WE KNOW ABOUT where he used HIS OWN MONEY -- NOT MY TAXES -- for the benefit of others that needed it.

THAT"S what Jesus would do.

His corporation has already been convicted of tax fraud.

They already found illegal deductions on his return. For example, he deducted over 2 million dollars for a deduction that has a limit of $10K. He said he wan an expert on taxes. He also stole a bunch of classified documents. He's a criminal.

His entire administration was full of grifters and thieves but you can't bring yourself to admit the truth.

Overall Limit
As an individual, your deduction of state and local income, sales, and property taxes is limited to a combined total deduction of $10,000 ($5,000 if married filing separately). You may be subject to a limit on some of your other itemized deductions also. Please refer to the Instructions for Schedule A (Form 1040) and Topic No. 501 for the limitations.

https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc503#:~:text=As%20an%20individual%2C%20your%20deduction,5%2C000%20if%20married%20filing%20separately).

I asked you to show where Trump STOLE a single dollar.

Those were your words:  "I think stealing from the people you are elected to serve is wrong"

Making an unintentional mistake on a tax return isn't stealing.  It's at most tax fraud.  More than likely whoever prepared his returns made the error.

While he's ultimately responsible for signing his returns, it's difficult to prove fraud if his accountants prepared what i can only imagine are some pretty long and complicated returns.

Most people just pay back taxes, and sometimes penalties.  You wanting him arrested for theft is just stupid

I'm sure you feel the MANY democrats that have been discovered at not reporting their taxes correctly should be in jail also? Instead when they are caught all they had to do was pay what they stole earlier.

You apparently are clueless about taxes. He signed the return. He has stated publicly he is smart about taxes. It's a bit more than that and during the prosecution of the Trump org it was confirmed that he had full knowledge of the fraud.

I know that you are fully aware that he has stole from the American citizens. You are just trying to obfuscate because you know the number of his crimes are overwhelming. Not a problem he will be in prison soon enough.
"I know that you are fully aware that he has stole from the American citizens."
Avoiding taxes is not ":stealing from American citizens". It is depriving Democrats of their methods of
control. Do you remember the mandatory 55 MPH Federal speed limit? There are thousands of more
examples of how Democrats use our tax dollars to
un-Constitutionally control us.
What do you think of the possibility of the 16th Amendment being passed today after seeing how the Democrats have abused us?
Zero.
Depriving the Federal government of income is not stealing.
it is self defense.
Depriving the state government of monies other than road taxes is also self defense.
Depriving the county of taxes other than fire dept is self defense.

I am good with putting them in jail. Is flapjack good with putting Trump in jail? Unlike others on this board I support one set of laws applied equally to all.

No, not unless there is PROOF he committed a crime that requires prison time.

So far, you've got nothing.  no charges, no evidence and no conviction.

All you have is hate and discontent.

Why does Trump bother you?  He's not been President since 2020.  it's almost 2023.

And why would him committing a tax-related crime even matter?

Hillary’s successor as Secretary of State John Kerry was caught docking his 76-foot yacht in
Rhode Island instead of his home state of Massachussettes, thus avoiding the $500,000 or
so in excise taxes he’d have to pay by doing so.

Sounds like Kerry was stealing from the tax payers of his state by INTENTIONALLY avoiding the taxes he was obligated to pay as a Massachusetts resident.

if you own a yacht and owe half a million bucks in state excise taxes, oh and your wife is one of the wealthiest people on the planet, you can afford to pay your fair share in taxes.

But, that never applies to the democrats in power or to their friends.

Did Al Sharpton ever square his outstanding debt to the tax payers?

Sharpton owes nearly $1.5 million in back taxes

Maybe the good reverend thinks not paying one and a half million in taxes owed is what Jesus would do?

Kind of reminds me how AOC thought a tax break to Amazon was NY giving them millions/billions.  Some people don't econ101.

What's also "funny" is people like our resident brainiac somehow think the money the government takes from us BELONGS to them.

The money belongs to the person who earned it.  The government did nothing to earn tax revenues from us.  What the government CLAIMS you owe is not theirs -- hence, you can't be "stealing' it from the government.  As for stealing from the tax payers by not paying what you supposedly owe, that money doesn't go back to the tax payers.  It funds government, which everyone knows fattens the wallets of those in power, their political allies, and the bloated bureaucracy.

Taxation is theft, in which government forcibly takes part of what you earn, then spends it anyway they see fit -- whether or not you benefit or even agree to how it's spent.

You will find out he did not lose money while in office. He stole money while in office. Crimes that any other government employee would be sent to prison. There's a different between following the laws to avoid taxes and intentionally committing fraud to evade taxes.

Accusations, and no proof.

More than proof an actual conviction and more to follow.

https://www.cnbc.com/2022/12/06/trump-organization-convicted-in-new-york-criminal-tax-fraud-case.html

Allen Weisselberg is the only person named in the indictment and facing sentencing for his crimes.

The Trump Organization was not "convicted."  You can't convict an entire company.  The company is possibly liable for FINES arising from Weisselberg's bad acts, but that's a far cry from prison for Trump.

Trump was not named in the indictment, nor has there been any evidence he committed any crimes.

Did your mother have any children that lived?

Trump donated his entire $400,000/year salary (less $1 per year to abide by the Constitution) to various organizations.  He was paid in quarterly deposits, and the organizations he donated to are publicly listed.

Doesn't sound like a man "stealing from tax payers," especially since his economic policies helped more people out of poverty than any president in recent history.
