Has New York State Officially Pissed the Supreme Court Off?

Sounds like something that might potentially impact the unconstitutional acts of Hawaii legislators.

SCOTUS has the ability to enjoin a state's unconstitutional laws.  All they need is for the DOJ to file the case.

I think the dems are going to see a change in the way SCOTUS chooses which cases to hear based on blatant violations of 2A rights that contradict established precedence.

It's getting real, IMO.

One thing that has always irritated me is this.
The SCOTUS can rule anyway it wants, but it has no
power to enforce those rulings.  You have to have a cooperative
legislature to fund the "cops" that the executive branch
uses to enforce or in the case of Hawaii, ignore SCOTUS rulings.
So why are SCOTUS rulings so important?
Since a political party can just ignore it as Democrats do here.
Our system relies on people being morally ethical.
America has not had that since the advent of Woodrow Wilson.
Y'all wonder why I claim to be an anarchist, the government
we have today is a sham. so fuk them.

F**k.  I didn't know this.  What a messed up country we live in.  A F**kn mess.  Paying (with taxpayer money) a bunch of judges in SCOTUS that can have their jobs as long as they live and breath and when they rule on something the states can say fook yoo.

Makes me want to laugh and cry at the same time.

I want to emphasize Morally.
Professional ethics is what most politicians think is ethics.
Real ethics are moral and based on a higher power than some
elected/hired/installed official.
