Trump & Kushner's criminal responsibility for avoidable COVID deaths. (Read 1634 times)

rhayder

The J6 committee just released a transcript of the testimony of former White House Director of Strategic Communications Alyssa Farah Griffin. Her testimony shows that Jared Kushner refused to allow for a smooth, safe, informed transition to the Biden administration of the government's COVID efforts. This revelation builds upon the already substantial evidence that Donald Trump and Jared Kushner have criminal responsibility for avoidable COVID deaths.

This video does a deep dive into the law of involuntary manslaughter and discusses how the available evidence supports all three elements of that crime and why prosecutors should present evidence to a grand jury and seek an indictment of Trump and Kushner for causing avoidable COVID deaths.

There's no criminality without proof of causation.  Do you know of a single COVID death directly linked to anyone in the Trump admin slow-walking the transition?  Please give specifics, like name, dates, and direct actions that resulted in anyone's demise.

Let us know when former NY Governor Cuomo goes to prison for the people he provably murdered in nursing homes and then tried to cover it up.  Then we can talk about Trump and Kushner.

Trump can't be blamed for a single COVID death.  It was up to the states to manage their own pandemic response with assistance from the Feds upon request.  Trump managed the effort to produce a vaccine in record time months before anyone predicted it could be done.  Then Biden lied about it pretending his administration created the vaccine.   :wacko:

New York got more than they asked for: surplus of beds, personnel, facilities and ventilators -- all thanks to Trump thinking outside the box and finding resources.

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Not a witch hunt. Just the fact the they are criminals that will hopefully be prosecuted soon. If you support them then I guess that means you support their crimes. Says something about you I think.
Then u agree with me. The criminality of the criminals, criminal offense is just that, just of a criminal activities criminal felony. Jean 2023.
