I caught this
https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2023/01/04/hpd-chief-mayor-agree-systemic-changes-are-needed-after-disturbing-night-fireworks/

Hawaiian Democrats can't control fireworks, much less drugs, and want Federal help.
But when it comes to Guns which the Feds say is a right, Hawaiian Democrats go ape shit nuts.
Which is it?
Do not comply.
BTW I can easily order the compounds necessary and legally to assemble Fireworks.
A visit to the internet and you'll be making stuff to scare the shit out of most all your animal
neighbors, and your biological human ones.

New Years is my favorite holiday here because we get to see what most people think of Honolulu managerial class and their stupid laws.

Stop blaming lazy people. We didn’t do anything.

Most are not, but nobody pays attention to many of those laws here.
We are free in some regards.  The government doesn't have enough cops
and we know where the ones we do have live and they know we know
where they live.

I was sound asleep (and deaf) but the wife says Kona locals put on a great show.

Nothing like the war zone we had in Kalama Valley, Oahu of course.  Those were epic.

Cop confiscated fireworks just end up for their keiki to have fun with anyway.

Kind of like confiscated guns,  they take all the good collectibles, and  they  kind of disappear.
Crappy ones are stored outside in the rain and returned after five years or so.
