I personally would never use such a toy.
Not very accurate. But a kid that wants to have some fun why not?
At my age I have a 48 year old kid and her 20 year old is a baby.

This is significant, in that it shows the ATF can't ban something by claiming it qualifies as something it isn't.

This precedent could carry over to pistol braces, binary triggers, and anything else that isn't a machine gun.

if they want to make these things illegal, they need to go through the process of passing a bill, not allowing executive branch agencies pretend they can mold existing law as a substitute.
