I'm eating fake shrimp chips watching the video....and I don't care because I like shrimp chips.

It is funny how often people complain when they find a certain ingredient is inside. If you aren't going to take the time to read the label then that's your fault

When prices at the supermarket are as high as they are now, the only label the average person reads is the price.

If you can't afford, or even find, the actual product, artificial substitutes become more attractive.

It's a standard economics class example:  margarine vs. butter.

Those fake looking crab meat things taste pretty good.

But still pretty expensive.  Hate to think what the real things cost.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.

Depends on the species.  Alaskan Golden King Crab Legs and Claws 20- 24 Count 10 lbs. Total at Costco is ~$500 but fluctuates.  Southern Red King Crab Legs will run about $550/10 lbs.

10 lbs of Dungeness crab "sections" will be about $260.
