We’ve seen what China did to the Uyghurs.
Pure anti-China speculation.

If the CCP takes control of da islands then you bet Hawaiian sovereignty activists will be rounded up for some internment camping.
That would be true if China did have internment camps like how America incarcerates individuals without due process at Guantanamo.

And we know which politicians and HPD will bend over backwards handing out all the registration info and like info.

Pure speculation?  I'm not the most informed on the issue, but how can someone who isn't there or been there say without a doubt, it's speculation?  Or maybe 50% pure?   ???  ::)

This has been going on for some time now.  The CCP did the same to the Fau Long Gong practitioners, Muslims, etc...IDK about execution of them, but def thrown in jail and not heard from.

You don't have the 1A there or the 2A to defend yourself.

You would think after all these immigrants coming here from China, that they would be a little more distrusting when the government here tells them something.  Or it could be that they trust the US cause compared to the CCP, the US is a saint.

I have a friend whos parents are from the Philipines and their village was jacked up by the government. So he understands the importance of the 2A. he is super Gung Ho and submits test all the time and calls to ask me questions. He bought new guns years ago and has yet to shoot them. But he still supports the cause greatly, even though he doesn't go to the range.  And each time, he brings up the PI on why the 2a is important.  He doesn't shoot often cause the fumes give him mean allergies. And with COVID around, he can't have a running nose for 4 days or sneezing for 4 days at work.

There is 1 bill that bans CCW in events and/or events sponsored by any non-profit. So this shooting example, if the dance was put on by a non-profit, 1 would not be able to CCW.  Or the Chinatown block party here if it's put on by say the Chinese Jaycee's.

This is why it's important to submit test when the time comes.  Lawsuits take years and money.  And only if the lawsuit is won, the law stays in place. Unless an injuction is issued.  But it might be only for the involved party.  Like the IL injuction only applied to the plantifs and not everyone in the state. So yesterday like 800 more people sued IL so they can be protected by the injunction.

Perhaps not pure speculation like you said.

Not a failed Kingdom, but an illegally overthrown and illegally occupied nation.

How do you know that gun ownership was outlawed by the legal constitution of the Hawaiian Kingdom?
You don't read very well, I didn't say ownership I said Constitutional carry.
That is open carry which scares the hell out of people here in Hawaii.
Y'all think your fellow citizens are too immature to settle problems like adults,

My post was not to support the UN but provide evidence to further falsify the anti-China accusations in regard to the treatment of Uyghur minorities that live in China.

Please explain how any of that relates to the topic.

Despite living in Hawaii as long as you have, you still don't know much about Hawaiians, our history, taken the time to recognize the efforts of Hawaiian nationals to legally end the illegal occupation of Hawaii.  In fact, contrary to your condescending beliefs about Hawaiians, Hawaiian nationals have gone to the Court of Arbitration in the Hague and internationally exposed the illegal occupation of Hawaii as well as legally reaffirmed the continued existence of the Hawaiian Kingdom in the eyes of the World.

You should also ask that question to the other people who are party to the conversation I was in.

So, you know it's wrong, but it's not your fault if someone else is a co-hijacker?

By the way, your cohort has also posted on-topic comments here.  All of yours have been off-topic.

You started with "I'm going to have fun with this."

So, you are ok with people making racist comments as well as saying things way off-topic like those below and for those that call that out, you accuse them of hijacking a thread?

However there are cultures I despise.
and others I don't like so much.
I can't think of a single black culture I respect. From Rwanda to Chicago they all suck.
I think Han Chinese are about the most racist culture on the earth,
What other country has as their symbol the center of the universe?
My culture isn't that arrogant.
Not even Japanese are that arrogant.
Now that I've pissed everybody off.

Not my wish or place to pass judgement on the character of commenters/comments.

As the OP, it is my concern that the hijacking be called out and hopefully curtailed.  You chose to disrespect me by ignoring multiple  :stopjack: pleas.

I asked the mods to delete this entire thread.  Your time, feelings and words have all been wasted.

Have a nice day.

Figures, blame me and ignore everybody else responsible as well as sweep under the rug those who make racist hate harangues.

Not really, as calling out racism is necessary for a harmonious society.

Have a nice day as well.   :shaka:

I thought I'd appeal to the more mature individual involved, since you would be more likely to see your mistake and bow out of the pissing match gracefully.

I guess I was wrong to assume that.
