Irony is that I won't get the flu shot or CV shot.  Or take tylenol or cough syrup.  Why, because I don't like to put chemicals in my body unless I have to. So antibiotics if I got an infection or fluoride for dentist OK.

But creatine monohydrate, caffeine anhydronius, synaphrine, DMAA, etc...no problem.

Funny cause I know many vegans who are vegan cause "man isn' t made to eat meat". But they all on gear.

That's complete nonsense.

Over time, homo sapiens developed the ability to survive on both meat and plant based foods, making us what we are today:  OMINVORES.

It's a major reason why we've been able to survive whether the primary source of food is plant or animal sourced.

I think your vegan friends proved how lack of animal protein can diminish brain function.
