Harrison has been charged with murder, unlawful carrying of a pistol,
and possession of a firearm during a violent crime.

Obviously what's needed are more common-sense gun laws.

IMHO, i think we ought to start subsidizing concealed carry for everyone of legal age to  carry a firearm.  Then maybe the people killing moms in front of their kids at Kroger would think twice.

It's also a fact that most people lawfully carrying are less apt to get into these kinds of arguments in the first place.  When lethal force is an option, you try to deescalate confrontations, because the last thing you a reasonable, responsible person wants is to get into a gun fight.

But, alas! Instead of CC subsidies, they use our tax money to pass more gun control and conduct studies that continue to show firearms save more lives of would-be victims than are used to commit murders -- the exact opposite of what the gun grabbers hoped for.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Is meet policemen, jailors, lawyers, and judges.
I carried CC for years in WA state and that was #2 on my mind,  #1 was to survive the crime.

That black lady used her firearm to defend herself.  Yeah, right.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.
