***FIRE MISSION*** HB984 Due before 2/23 @ 3:30pm
« on: February 23, 2023, 08:44:57 AM »
Hearing is on 2/24 @ 3:30pm.

They add in the following:

1) Ban at events and any public gathering
2) Name a specific doctor who holds your medical records, no more "No current PCP"
3) Parking lots of voting places, so 200ft rule doesn't apply to this

Still bans CCW everywhere but the public sidewalk.

Hearing ran late. Vote will be scheduled.

AG mentioned when asked about 1791 and historical analogius. He said no need go back that far. We are all wrong.

Then he later says about it, we dont know yet. Hasnt been tested.

AG also said private businesses have the option to allow or ban guns. He left out its an automatic ban unless allowed.

HPD has a problem with the bill.

Resident suicided daughter stated "we dont know who killed my daughter". Where as at the chiefs rules hearing, it was the husband. She also went off on the US empire stealing HI and HI isnt a state.
