It doesn't prove he is innocent.
What it does do is bring into question whether he was told to leave or allowed to enter.
Do you even know what he's charged with?
He plead guilty to a single charge of felony obstruction of an official proceeding. That's only because he refused to vacate vp Pence's seat in the Senate after taking selfies when ordered by law enforcement to leave.
The "insurrection" he supposedly participated in was nothing more than a photo shoot in various areas of the capitol. if you watch the video, he was not placed under arrest at the protest, riot, whatever. He says he was waived in by Capitol Police. Those officers also helped him find his way to the Senate chamber.
He only plead guilty because he was incarcerated for 8 MONTHS. The video shows he not only had two cops walking him around the inside of the capitol as if on a tour or looking for the way to the Senate that wasn't locked, he also walked through half a dozen other officers who never gave him a second glance.
Looks like proof he's not the violent threat the courts and politicians told us he was.
