This is the sensitive places bill. PLUS
1) Cannot carry your gun while consuming alcohol, this includes at home where no CCW is required.
2) Bans CCW EVERYWHERE but the sidewalk
3) Have an observer determine if any statements you ever made are violent or dangerous to groups based on race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, disability, religion, etc..
4) Handgun affidavit now is valid for 4 years ONLY. Which means you need to take a new class every 4 years
5) Duty to inform when CCWing
6) ID any prior health providers you have, both for CCW and permit to acquire. So you cannot use "no doctor", you must provide who your last doctor was, even if it was 10 years ago.
7) Increases CCW fee from $10 to $150
