The last week or two, when my Amazon Echo device has a notification waiting for me, Alexa uses an excited vocal inflection.  In the past, the messages were not monotone, but were more like a normal person would speak.

Sounds like someone spiked her latte with Prozac!

Anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me?
