HONOLULU (KHON2) — A suspect remains at large after allegedly shooting at a 20-year-old woman in a Mililani parking lot Friday night.

Honolulu police said the suspect fired a handgun at the woman and then threw some type of chemical at her.
Mililani Neighborhood Board Chair Danielle Bass is alarmed by these crimes.

“It’s getting scary here, we’re getting really concerned for our safety here in Mililani, this is four for four, four very serious crimes in the Mililani area this year,” she said.

She said she’ll be urging police to have more patrols and presence in the community at the next board meeting.

And it won't surprise me at all.  In Hawaii, nothing surprises me anymore.

What Karl Rhoads and Chris Lee and the rest of their ilk think, or maybe "feel" is that more gun laws will lessen violent crimes.  What these assholes don't seem to understand is that criminals do not obey laws, yet these dumb shits hold elected office voted in by dumb shits just like them, which is about 80% of the Hawaii population.

SHTF days will include the UN blue helmet peace keepers providing quick justice for any crime. All local politicians and LE officers are rounded up and disappeared. No more bull-sh*t  need for conceal carry permit.

she needs to be informed, that runs counter to the Soro-funded Democrat party-line of defund the police.  she could be construed as being outright rayciss.

and to think, they almost passed the "bail reform" bill last year.  I'm sure they'll try again.

My daughter lives in Mililani and was at that parking lot a few hours before the acid attack.
She called me up and expressed her concern that things were not so safe anymore.
I gave her a can of pepper spray a few years back and told her to keep it with her.
Now she understands why I told her that.

Note to self....time to get her a fresh can of spray
