I read Judge Benitez might strike this down in the 9th circuit. Lawsuits are probably already filed.

I gave up my voting rights in Hawaii, but I am a registered voter in WA state.
I can fight those laws.

Beneitz is a CA judge, not a 9th circuit. THe 9th is the most anti 2a circuit, they have yet to rule in favor of any 2a lawsuits.
