Right now, I just patrol the neighborhood with my "guard" dog looking for suspicious people and drug paraphernalia.
Just last week I saw a weird guy by the park talking to himself for 2 days.
On the second day, I warned a group of Girl Scouts and a high school reunion group at the park because he was still there talking to himself.

As we all know, defending the defenseless starts with individuals... Like us folks.
