This issue with FRTs is being fought using the same arguments as pistol braces. The ATF classifies an accessory as a machine gun in order to confiscate them or criminalize the owners, and they aren't supposed to have the power. This is a Biden effort that he learned from Obama. And we see how that's working out. Looks like the momentum in court over the pistol brace laws is with the owners, not the ATF.
Not once in the video did anyone mention a warrant. If I was the subject of the visit, and they told me they are there to collect my property, I would ask if they have a warrant. If not, then any searches or seizures would be in violation of the Constitution and my civil rights. "Get a warrant and come back."
He spent a long time stating the reasons he's not answering questions or assisting them in their effort to take his property, but that was unnecessary. No warrant, no conversation.
Sure, he got a lot a good points in, but I doubt those comments will matter to anyone in the ATF.
