is that a sensitive place? the same group were the ones that shot up the homeowner with pellet guns several years ago.  The homeowner responded with a real gun. I lived across the street in my youth. It's a nice place. Kam IV has a nice view of the valley for public housing.

I think he was recently found not guilty.  Someone can correct if wrong.

In my opinion, the local government created generations that are dependent on welfare. Were there any aspirations to move out of that environment in those videos? Any talk of improving their environment? I saw people doing burn outs in their neighborhood, gang signs, and litter. No stewardship.
