Judge in the 3rd circuit applies partial injunction. Private property default ban, vehicles, and film sets are stopped. But all other places remains in force of the law.

I post this because it may have relation to HI's sensitive places later.  The ruling doesn't apply to HI as it's a different circuit court, but it sets the tone/motion of lawsuits.  The fact that NJ isn't pro 2a and a judge awarded the injunction is awesome news.  But the 9th circuit is much more anti 2a. I don't think the 9th has ever ruled in favor of any 2a lawsuit.

The NJ lawsuit is still on going, this injunction isn't a final ruling.
