Well joined (again for the third time in 30 years) so I could shoot trap since the pecker heads still won’t let the trap and skeet side open at Koko Head.
Went online looked at their website to see if SR5 was open and it was supposed to be according to the schedule. Loaded up my ride ant 1 pm and off I went. Told the MP’s at the gate I was a member, had a shotgun in the car and it was registered on post. Since I’m retired getting on base was no problem. The checked everything and waived me thru. Got to the gate leading up to SR5 and it was open! Drove to the range and it was closed
Here I go again. This was the reason I quit 2 years ago…..

Yup….I picked up my membership card and stayed for the entire meeting. Gonna try again this Wednesday

Yeah after the meeting was adjourned Ross (membership director) got swamped and the frigging rain didn’t help. I was sitting on the bench across from him and he took care of me first off…lucky!
