Now the question is: Is an AR 15/10 a firearm according to the GCA 0f 68's definition of frames/receivers?   :popcorn:

Such questions should be taken up by Congress and any changes to existing law passed through those channels.

Failure to do so should leave such questions ambiguous legally, which would necessarily be decided in favor of the owner.

Letting the ATF create their own encyclopedia of "interpretive definitions" needs to stop.
