Did a search but didn't find this addressed... What should be done with old muzzle loading firearms?

My father passed a couple years ago, and now that we're moving I just ran across two or three black powder rifles in a case. These are nothing fancy, just the old kit guns one could build & shoot. I'm not a black powder shooter at all & really don't have the desire to take these up to CONUS. What options are there for this type of firearm? Torch cut maybe, turn in to HPD? I'd give them away but really don't know how they shoot, or if they're even still functional. Any guidance appreciated!

How much time do you have to figure out what to do before leaving?

The Hawaii Historic Arm Association might be interested -- if not based on historical value, maybe they can sell them for you and count the revenue as your cash donation?

These folks probably have the best people able to determine if the firearms are shooters, collector worthy, or just junk.

Their website says FB messenger is quicker, but you can email them and maybe wait up to a week for a reply.

to me, all legal.
Pistols you have to FedEX, I'll pay
I have a 3 inch cannon in my front yard.
and a few smaller ones in my shop.
I used to black-powder hunt Elk with my 54 Hawking's.
I make my own black powder.

Mahalos for the heads-up... These are definitely not collectors type rifles, but hopefully still fun shooters. Guessing they're old Traditions builds maybe? Probably pre-2000 kit builds.

Forgot to mention, pulling chocks in about 2, maybe 3 months 

sell them. theres a section on this forums that is perfect for selling firearms and firearms related accessories, including black powder.
