if Trump were still there and a bag of drugs was discovered where that bag was found, he'd have waited until 10AM the next day and locked the building down.  Everyone on duty would be given a urine test specifically for cocaine and other illegal narcotics.

The Liberals would be up in arms about civil rights and privacy, but in the end, a security clearance includes mandatory pre-employment as well as no-notice testing for drug use.  A drug addict would be an easy target for foreign agents to blackmail.
