Home Depot needs to be a "sensitive" place

Crime is everwhere for you to see.
I, just enjoy this point of view,
Where else can I do the rip off and also go on and sue................

When I was younger I chased down and stopped a shoplifter,  stone cold.
Cops threatened to arrest me for doing so.
I was a minor so it would have been a waste of their time,  at that time.
a 16 year old taking down an adult thief would not go well in court.

That is why I despise cops.
Never there when you need them( they can't be) and when they show
up you rather wish they didn't show up at all.
 
 Cops are only good for three things
#1 Domestic violence in progress
#2 DUI in progress
#3 Cleaning up peoples messes after a
crime has already been committed.
They are one of the safest and over
rated profession there is.
 

I remember when shoplifting used to be a covert, clandestine operation, where it was a game to see if the crooks could outsmart the loss prevention measures at the store without getting caught.

Now, people load up a shopping cart and run it out to a waiting car or minivan.  Even with videotape and testimonial evidence, most never get punished.

Cops broke up massive shoplifting rings across the mainland over the last few months.  I doubt Hawaii is part of anything that well organized.
