Hunter Biden’s plea deal is on hold after a judge raised questions Wednesday about the proposed plea agreement and a related agreement known as a pretrial diversion program.
Lawyers detailed aspects of the proposed deal in court, but the documents themselves have not been published on the court’s docket. POLITICO obtained them and is publishing them here.

Under the proposed plea agreement and diversion agreement, Biden would plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and would be able to avoid punishment on a felony gun charge if he stayed out of trouble for two years. But at a tense court hearing, U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika questioned the constitutionality of the diversion agreement and refused to sign off on the deal, at least for now. Lawyers are due back in court in several weeks to revisit the issue.

The thing that probably gets the least air time is the fraud attempted by the Hunter Biden defense team.

Someone called the clerk's office claiming to be from the DOJ prosecutor's office.  They said they submitted an exhibit into evidence and would like to have the clerk remove it. 

I'm sure the clerk was smart enough to know this is something the prosecutor would ask the judge directly and in front of the defense lawyers.  That's how it was placed into evidence, so it would follow that is how it would be excluded.

For a lawyer to risk sanctions which could include disbarment, that evidence must have contained something really bad for Hunter -- possibly for dad, too.

I read the judge is looking into ethics and legal violations for the defense team.

especially the part that hunter was pleading guilty to a gun violation he wasn't even charged with
and was going to get blanket immunity for all his crimes by completing the treatment program...

Nice to see justice system work.  Hope Trump gets a similar plea deal for his crimes.
