Texas sounds pretty nuts!! Pro-gun state to say the least. From what I read:

Waiting period to buy handguns, shotguns, rifles? NO
Need to register firearms? NO
Concealed Carry permitted? YES
Loaded Firearms in vehicles permitted? YES
Suppressors and SBRs permitted? YES
Limits on mag capacity? NO

Pro-2nd Amendment right? YES :)
It's very different from Hawaii if that is what you are used to.

I never knew I was a slave and second class citizen until I went to Arizona with their open carry and permitted ccw. I now have a Utah ccw, good in Arizona. And I open carry in Arizona anyways. Its a whole different frame of mind when I was really a free man in Arizona. The only thing is people kept calling me Jose? Must get somebody who look like me in Kingman Arizona......
