When your heart is not in the right place, these things fly under the radar for these insensitive people.  His idol the POTUS just mentioned almost losing his corvette and cat from a 20 minute fire.

Like I said, you lose your empathy when your heart was never in the right place to begin with.  All show and no go.  SMH. :grrr:

His writers strategy was to make him relatable. It's like when someone calls someone a racist, they say "I have a black friend...".

potus visit also  caused shutdown of Lahaina emergency service crews/ SRT / FD Saturday afternoon, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday morning.
Some 18 FULL Matson containers were pulled out of Lahaina and moved to Wailuke so they were not visible for media circus
1,000 chairs were set up for potus speech and 50 were filled.
Meanwhile almost 2,000 residents protested and threw stuff at potus motorcade.

fema brought in dumpsters to Lahaina to throw away bottled water (because it sat in the sun too long) and food that was ALMOST expired until member of HPD stopped them saying "you can't be throwing this away while survivors are driving by"
fema also discarded shipment of insulin right off the dock saying it hadn't been kept cold even though it was still packed in dry ice )
Did not see that on news, did-ja, but you may have seen the story about several firefighters who were trapped in Lahaina during the fire until rescued by a squad car.
What they did not tell you that the squad car was "commandeered " by a fire fighter in another unit who blew thru the road block preventing them from going in to rescue their fellow team mates.

Now they say 25 out of 27 water tests show water safe to drink  and 95% of area searched by fema even though other SRT's are finding bodies in areas fema already searched.
Guess cuz them fema guys start around 9am and are back at the poolside hotel drinking by 3:30.
Meanwhile, Fed firefighters are there burning their furlough/vacation time with pay + hazard pay + gov pay doing nothing as they are not "authorized" to participate.

There's more but you get the gist.

I'm here from the gubermint here to help you.  :shake:

Difficult to believe the part of throwing things at the POTUS motorcade without serious consequences and that roadways are cleared when the motorcade passes through.

All I know is that biden was walking around like an impaired old man with balance issues and a demeanor of not knowing where he is or what he is doing.  His loving wife was leading him as one would a loved one at a nursing home.

On the day he left for Maui, they showed a clip of him and his wife walking up Air Force One.  When he reached the top he turned to do the obligatory wave before he got in.

I've never seen a more tired and disgruntled POTUS in all the years of my life as he definitely was showing he did not want to be there.

For this old man there never seems to be enough vacation days at the beach.

In my opinion this job of POTUS is way too much for him and he is not up to it.  If biden wins again in 2024 it would be Obama's fourth term as President.

The extreme grief from the loss of house and family and friends is having a tragic effect on survivors. Some people are giving up. That's why there is rush to provide mental health services. When you thought it couldn't get any worse, it got worse.

Add in any gun owner will then get their guns taken away, unless they get a waiver if they seek a mental health professional.  I know of someone who's depressed, but he doesn't want to jump thru hoops to get a waiver if 1 is required by hpd.  So he's going tiddy bars and its actually helping him.  He's depressed cause he's single for so long.  The money he's spending on tiddies is the money he would spend at the range on ammo or to buy a new gun.  He hasn't gone kokohead since they closed.
