I have a slight problem with his economics.
His complaint may have been true late 1800's early 1900's,
but today we have to compete with the entire world and
we have to beat them or they will beat us economically.
You can demand all the high wages you want and you will
just get replaced by a machine or a worker
from India, Bangladesh, or Vietnam.
