That Civil Defense guy (what's his name?  Andaya?  Anaya?  Andagi? :rofl:) has incompetence written all over his face.  If he thinks regular people like us are not gonna use common sense and see that there is a fire instead of a tsunami like he claims we will he's more stupid than joe biden.

His name doesn't matter.  He should lose his job soon.  If not it shows our government is corrupt and will protect their own, not us.
