Hasn't this type of thing already been litigated before? Should be common knowledge that such things are covered by free speech.

My daughter told me she had to pick a hero and write a report about it. I mentioned Dr. Fauci and she said that could be her hero since he helped invent covid and she didn't have to go to class for a year.

She should try Adolf Hitler (American History X) and then sue.  The irony is that she isn't full Aryan.

CA lost a lawsuit about the 1A. Alan Beck was the 1st amendment atty that won.
