In 2020, the evidence shows that there are still questions that have yet to be answered.

The thing about any good conspiracy theory is that there is always something someone can point to and say that there is some unanswered question. There is always something that a person can point to in order to justify suspicion of something they don't want to believe in. What about some box, what about some witness, what about some light in the sky, etc. Answer all of those questions and new ones will pop up.

The way I see it is:  how da hell is anyone gonna try to prove it when everyone involved in the election process has their hands in the cookie jar.......

Trump judges, republican governors, prosecutor's all of them not democrat leaning have failed to prove any election fraud.  They even have indicted trump on crimes.  What more evidence do you want to see?

There's no such thing as conspiracies or election fraud because I said so

Btw do you have 30 trillion dollars I can borrow?

I want to see not a re-count of the votes.  That was BS. Re-counting corrupt votes is not gonna change anything.  I want to see the validation of each and every vote they claim is legitimate.

I want them to put aside all those ballots that mysteriously showed up in the early am when it was claimed that ballot counting were done for the day.  I want those investigated for legitimacy.

As long as myself and countless others are not satisfied and curious about these mysterious "deliveries" and "spikes" contrary to the normal trend of the election process, then there will always be doubt in the integrity of the election process as it was conducted by these people.

It's been 3 years since the election.  People are still wondering how legitimate the election was.

If you were one of those who had their hands in the proverbial cookie jar, how cooperative would you be to an investigative independent inquiry?

The only way we can put this to rest is those who ran the election process in question come out and cooperate 100% and provide the answers, information, materials, and evidence that are in question so a conclusion can be reached.  Unfortunately that is not going to happen.  Again, it looked like the issue was resolved, but we go right back to the proverbial cookie jar.  Depends if your hand was in it.  Or not.

In my opinion, there were many hands in that f*ckn cookie jar.  And those hands were directed from prominent people from high above.  Covid.  Lockdowns.  Getting people to vote during a pandemic.  Mail-in voting to protect the public.

And now we are on the verge of another election year.  And all of a sudden Covid variants are surging.  Again.  Not last year.  Or the year before.  Now.  Hmmmmmm......

I believe the integrity of elections moving forward will forever be suspect, whether warranted or not.

The thing about conspiracy theories is the CIA pushed that term defining it as a crazy, unprovable belief with no basis in reality in order to discredit the voices that questioned them and government in general.

Yet, if you look at the components, "conspiracies" have been proven time and again in government, and "theory" is a belief that is possible and has not been proven the be wrong - i.e. questions still exist that are not answered.

There are the people who grasp at straws, but quite often those straws are grounded in actual facts that just don't fit the narrative.

In law enforcement and private security, there's an acronym used often in places like Vegas: JDLR. That doesn't require a proven theory.  All it does is raise a red flag that something might be wrong and requires closer scrutiny.

(I left it up to anyone unfamilar with JDLR to Google it for themselves  :geekdanc:)

Normally when wrongdoing is done,  the burden is on the prosecution.  Election tampering is illegal and if there was any it would be prosecuted.  Looks like the most major incident is being looked into.  Trump appears guilty too, we will soon see.

This is the point.  If there’s suspicion of criminal election fraud, the prosecution has the burden to prove that the fraud occurred beyond a reasonable doubt, not the other way around.  If a plaintiff wants to bring a civil suit claiming the election was not conducted lawfully, the plaintiff has the burden to prove their claim by a preponderance of the evidence.

As I understand it, zero courts so far have found that the plaintiffs’ claims had sufficient merit to proceed to trial.

Conspiracy theories don't have to be crazy ideas, I agree. However they often are in some way.

The theory that Trump lost the election due to cheating is not crazy in the sense like it is impossible, there just isn't enough evidence to support the argument that it actually happened.

I will say this however, if democrats actually did steal the election through cheating then they did such a good job at it I don't think we could ever prove it.

So far the approach has been to completely ignore all the evidence while insisting that there is no evidence, so in effect a new thread is a great way to wipe the slate clean and turn it back into a he said they/them said kinda thing that goes nowhere

I think it's ok to drum up issues that were deeply discussed in an older thread.

And it's good that people point out that there was an older thread.  Some members might not know of it and go back and read it.

And yes, the subject would go around in circles again but then, like in any other forum, members are free to participate.

Or not.

The election was stolen!  Our system was designed  by honorable men who didn't
even have the concept of how to correct such a devious
action.  They never conceived that we would be infected with Democrats.
I have a solution and here in Hawaii they are trying to stomp it out.
When they take your registered guns away watch out.  Camps are just a short trip from there.
and many know how quick Democrats are to put people in camps. :wtf:

This has been the deniers strategy from day 1. Even though there is multiple evidence in multiple states, just say "you're wrong, it never happened" and all is G.

If you have evidence,  prove it.   Bring up a case in court and win.   I'm sure Trump and his maga members would give you millions if you did.

Not being able to provide enough evidence to prove something doesn't mean it didn't happen.

In criminal court the burden of proof falls on the prosecution.  If they fail to prove the allegations, then they failed to prove the allegations.  That's it.

However, that doesn't mean that those accused of those allegations didn't commit the crime and are innocent.

We will see more demorat shenanigans again in 2024
part of their plan:

1) There is nothing wrong with ballot harvesting

2) Being dead is no excuse for not voting

3) Vote early and vote often
