That is why there was not a Federal income tax initally .
The founders knew from HISTORY what happens when the poor act to legally rob the "producers".

The majority don't understand that it's the middle class that supports the nation.  When policies tax the middle class, kill their jobs and redistribute their wealth to the government so they can then play Robin Hood with whatever they don't spend on themselves, the whole thing starts to crumble. 

Now you have formerly middle class taking resources from government because they now qualify.  That means an even bigger population willing to trade the nation's prosperity -- and their votes --  for some guaranteed food stamps, free healthcare and Social Security income.

I honestly hope some biden voters chime in as to why biden's policies are less evil for our nation than the previous administration's.

The only thing i've seen positive is Obama took the title of the worst president in the last 100 years from Carter, and now Obama is breathing a sigh of relief -- Biden has taken that title from him.
