Her question was, in light of studies that say masking young kids in school had no measurable benefit (and she left out that other studies show masking causes harm to kids), the answer was essentially:

We follow the science that we believe in, which can only come from the CDC. 
We believe what they say because they follow the narrative that best suits our agenda.
Anyone saying the CDC should entertain science from any other scientists needs to shut up.

There are a lot of myths about body language and dishonesty and most of them are all false or not reliable. There are a few that can be indicators of dishonesty but it is in a certain setting and context.
