Applying for permit online (not receive)

I know it possible to get a permit via email

I was told that it is possible to APPLY for a permit ONLINE.  I checked the hpd website and it says have to APPLY IN PERSON.  I tried to call hpd to double check but no one is picking up

Anyone ever heard about applying for a permit on line?

never heard of that. could be something new
since you have to turn in papers that need to be signed and they need to be the originals, I don't see how can apply online. I could be wrong
that would make it even easier to apply.  something HPD is not interested in.  they only interested in making it more difficult

What they mean is you can get your PTA emailed to you. U still have to go in person and make sure you tell them you want it emailed to you.  You can also do your reg online only if you bought it from a FFL.

The person who told me can apply for permit online got back to me……they got apply for permit and registration mixed up
