The poll at the end of the article currently shows 51% oppose this gun violence prevention office while 30% support it.

Clearly shows our current administration does not have the people's interest at heart and never had.  It also clearly shows their disdain for the 2nd Amendment, something these asshats took the oath to uphold and defend.

So what the f*ck does this office do?  Besides waste taxpayer money and provide jobs for losers who can't find jobs on their own merit?  Take guns out of the hands of law-abiding citizens and empower the criminals who illegally possess them?

These gun control nuts have been pushing biden to create this fiasco since he took office in 2020.  Why only now does he follow through on it?  Could it be that his approval ratings and his electability in the 2024 race has gone to sh*t?  Is this a way to drum up his lost cause for a 2nd term?

That 30% on the polls who supported this bullsh*t better not be crying when they become victims of criminals and look to the defunded law enforcement agencies for help.

I guarantee that even if a small portion of that 30% have heard of the Heller decision, they don't agree with it.

It's ironic that the case was specifically located in Washington, DC, yet the people living and working there don't have a clue about what it means.

You can't win using facts when the opponent believes their opinion is more correct, righteous and/or popular.

Smart people don't pay too much attention to polls becuase they can be slanted depending on who/where you ask.  The cities legal counsel used the Star Advertiser poll when trying to justify sensitive places during the lawsuit. And of course when one polls a liberal/DNC state, you will get usually a liberal type of response. So basically the cities legal counsel had no "history or tradition" but continued to use "public safety". Can't say the states big shot lawyers did any better.

Yep.  And that's why I feel the current administration is not in touch or serving the American people.  They have been bought by these anti-gun, woke, and climate change pukes.

This is who they serve.  They forget who pays the bills.

All we can do is exercise our right to vote to get these pukes out.  But by biden granting TPS to 700,000 plus Venezuelans, this potentially gives them the pathway to become voters themselves.  Yes, biden is looking not for 81 million votes, but 100 million, the most votes in history ever made for a bonafide 100% inept idiot.

Mag capacity limits have been ruled unconstitutional.  it's only a matter of time until that is solidified and becomes national precedence.

Biden preaches for universal background checks, "high capacity" magazine limits, ghost guns, assault weapons and the other tired talking points of the gun haters.

If the new Ministry of Gun Control pushes magazine limits, they should be sued out of existence for civil rights violations.
