So far zero in the news. HHN, KHON2, KITV.

1 media outlet says it was a stolen military "assault rifle" and 1; 30rd mag.

A arrest log states a 20 year old arrested in the area for weapons and ammo places to keep charge, and a facebook search does have a Marine by that name.  But not listed as Hawaii area or KBay as residence.

This happened on Sunday late afternoon.

I wonder which rifle it was. HK416 is semi or full right?  Compared to M4/M16 is semi to 3 rd burst.  IIRC the M16A4 is semi or full auto.

supposedly it was a M27 it was on hungryhungryhawaiian page on instagram of the guy
