The truth is now.

Talking about what will be in the future is not truth.  It's prognostication.
So, are you saying you personally have no problems of WWIII being waged by the nuclear armed powers of the planet?

To declare war while the UN still exists would be for the US to be sanctioned, and the President likely prosecuted for crimes against the UN.
Based on your evidence, the US empire has violated the UN charter in almost all its wars especially during the 21srt century as none of those nations that were invaded and/or illegally occupied directly attacked the US empire.

Adding more insult to the UN Charter you said the US empire respects and adheres to is the words of known US imperialist John Bolton who admitted that the U.S. government considered the UN to be a tool of its foreign policy.  Bolton declared, “There is no United Nations. There is an international community that occasionally can be led by the only real power left in the world, and that is the United States, when it suits our interest, and when we can get others to go along.” Bolton added, “When the United States leads, the United Nations will follow. When it suits our interest to do so, we will do so.” (https://iadllaw.org/2022/06/serial-us-violations-of-the-un-charter-marjorie-cohn/#:~:text=Both%20of%20Bush's%20wars%20%E2%80%93%20in,There%20is%20no%20United%20Nations)

You need to post specific actions by presidents that broke the law.  That would be "evidence."  In all conflicts, Congress has consented with the President when he decided to engage in hostilities with other nations.

I can't think of a single instance in which the president deployed troops or our Navy only to have Congress shut it down.

Whether or not Congress exercised its power to stop the US empire's illegal wars of aggression, that does not change the fact that the wars that the US empire has undertaken violated the UN charter's articles with respect to war.

What evidence is there to substantiate the position that China is actively conspiring to have the US empire fight 4 wars?

So, China has a 100-year plan to defeat the US empire.

Well, since most of us living today will not be around more or less 100 years from now baring WWIII nuclear holocaust, I will say it is a very well-made thought provoking as well as fear mongering documentary.

That's not 100% accurate.

The Constitution gives congress the authority to declare war, but the War Powers
Resolution gives the President the authority to commit the US to armed conflict
without Congress' consent.
The real reason the US hasn't declared war has nothing to do with Congress or the President.

When the US ratified the UN Charter, it outlawed all formal declarations of war between and involving member nations.

To declare war while the UN still exists would be for the US to be sanctioned, and the President likely prosecuted for crimes against the UN.

However, a rose by any other name ...

My point is the UN rules haven't stopped war.  They simply eliminated the best hope of the two sides ending a war through negotiations.

If nobody declares war, how can you have peace talks?  A truce?  in Korea, they had peace talks because the main players, North & South Korea, were at actual war.  The UN and US were there as a part of a "Police Action."

Makes everything stupidly ambiguous and difficult to know proper diplomatic steps to halt hostilities.
You missed my point,  Declaration of war is supposed to be a law.
Resolutions are not "law" in our system.
Eff the UN.
See how long they last when we quit paying them an tell them to go to Nigeria, Moscow, or China.

Just as an aside only the Navy is allowed as a standing military, Constitutionally.
Congress has to re-approve all the other branches on a regular basis.

The reason why congress is supposed to be involved is to make it difficult, so that we aren't bombing people back into the stone age on the other side of the planet just so Wall Street and the military industrial complex can get another taxpayer funded cash infusion.

No matter what underhanded intrigue any major power on the planet does today, those methods will never be able to eliminate a nuclear armed peer.

In the case of the US empire, there is nothing that China or any other country can do to conventionally defeat it.  The only way for a nuclear armed power to fall and/or balkanize is from within due its own internal economic, political, cultural, social, racial, etc. weaknesses.  Hence, if the US empire is going to collapse, as I and many other scholars believe, it will do so primarily for those domestic reasons rather than geopolitical ones.

Those in the US empire who are constantly putting the blame of its domestic troubles on Russia, China, Iran, etc. are doing nothing but a disservice as it only hides the rulers of the US empire from accountability, who are the ones truly responsible for America's problems.

^^^^ This. We are destroying ourselves due to liberals.  They don't know their gender, racism is everywhere, supports socialism/communism, climate change, etc...

Refer to KGB interview in the 80s on how to destroy America and how it will take a generation to correct.

If you watch the doc I posted it goes through the way China used unconventional warfare to make all that stuff happen.

Our elites consider themselves transnationalists and have no loyalty to any nation. They were extremely easy for the CCP to buy off.

Where did covid, tik-tok, marxist professors, fentanyl, open border Bidens, and social credit scores come from?

Hmmm I wonder...

There are many other ways to destroy a country besides armed conflict with a foreign enemy.

The 2020 election comes to mind.

I don't think China is as powerful and influential as that documentary portrays.

Our elites consider themselves transnationalists and have no loyalty to any nation. They were extremely easy for the CCP to buy off.
How can those elites be bought off by China when some of them are the part of the major banking families that print the fiat currency that most nations of the planet uses?

Let me guess, China?

Once again, you are giving China too much credit for things that only the US empire and her resources as well as connections could accomplish.

So, are you part of the crowd that believes in the conspiracy that Russia and/or China meddled in the 2020 Presidential election campaign that brought the current senile old fool to the Oval Office?

Could it be the reason the DOJ refuses to prosecute Hunter Biden is that exposing the Chinese funding networks would take out half the government?
