It's a reprise of an old article, but I just noticed that one of the writers is my old coworker. :D

Sekiyas - Used to go there maybe 15+ years ago, and I recall was quite good.  Heard mixed reviews lately, including some bad reports on cleanliness.

Forty Niner - Haven't gone in a while, but used to eat breakfast and lunch there every so often.  Good food and really nice people.

Natsunoya - Food is really good.  Have been there for many parties, including bachelor parties (separate topic worthy  8) ).  Shrimp tempura is excellent!

Palace Saimin - Grandparents' house was near there growing up.  Don't recall much.  My uncle used to go every so often in the past few years.  Good if they are still in business.

Teshima - Went there last October.  Excellent food, but super crowded and lines can be long.  Drive is quite a bit out of the way unless.

Natsunoya I like.
We had my daughter's grad party there.
Went to Tip-Top once after doing a job on Mt. Kahili
Always go to Sam Sato to eat or just to pick up white manju.
Used to go Tasty Crust but not a fav.
