Koko head does but I don't know about the indoor ones.

There's only one range open to the public in the downtown Honolulu area is 808 gun shop and they don't allow outside ammo.  Their prices for ammo are around double.

This is the shitty part about HI.  Many mainland ranges, you can bring ur own and c&c range have more freedom. 

I believe X-Ring had a program where you could pay an annual fee and bring your own ammo. Not sure though, maybe worth a call.

So for $100 a month they waive all range fees?

Yes. It comes to paying 12.50 and whatever they charge for targets.  The ammo I use comes to about $14.00 a 50 round box of 9

Used to have lane rental fees and different subscription plans+ the 1200 a year for your own ammo.

Hand loads allowed?
