I believe a ban is coming. Too many of these incidents happening in a short period of time lately and I would imagine Obama is getting pressure from Anti-gun supporters to push for an AWB. As if he needs any extra ammo for something he wants to do in the first place but now he can more easily justify why he is doing it. JMHO

just disowned a lot of friends on facebook after reading some of their anti gun garbage. 

I can see where the initial "get rid of guns" comes from since everyone is emotional. The images of the grief stricken families doesn't help either. But, once things calm down these guys really need to research what "gun control" will really accomplish. Have them read about the states with the highest amount of gun control and what happens there.

Why is it that people only seem to notice good people being killed by guns? They always seem to forget that guns in the hands of good people are what stop the bad people from killing more good people 

Sad that with all this hype, we as the people will shed our right due to crazy people like this.

I've been told that there has Never been a successful shooting at any Israeli school.

Mainly because they have Armed Parents rotating as guards for their children's school.

I'm sure that many gun owning parents would gladly be armed guards(with training) at their childern's school.

Sometimes the simplests things are best.

I work next door to my kid's school, but the feds wont allow me to have a firearm in my vehicle unless I park in the street.

Tinfoil hat on.... With the press focusing on this over the holiday, I shudder to think what kind of backdoor things will happen at Washington when no ones paying attention.

At a loss for words to describe this tragedy. What is wrong with these people?  There is a special place in hell for those that kill children.

There is another incident reported today in China involving a man attacking school children with a knife too.

There are a lot more incidents like this with bladed weapons in China but only a few make it past the Chinese Government's censorship for us to read about. (ref. Chinese people I know who read the postings online before they were removed by the government, and I've seen the pics) Perhaps if these incidents received more coverage here the sheeple would be calling for bans on knives, axes, machetes, and swords as well. We should also ban deep fryers and high fructose corn syrup to combat obesity

As for the shooting, it's terrible but I'm not even going to bother looking at the news for now because of all the conflicting accounts. The stupid sheeple make it even worse.

I did however read the article in USA Today about protecting your children from these images that will flood the media this weekend. It's a tragedy but they do not understand and they should not be afraid to go to school because it traumatizes their development and can adversely affect their future.

I love how they keep mentioning the guns used. Glock. Sig Sauer And an assault type weapon. According to them though the rifle was found inside his car and not on or near him.
